Christopher Pawlowski- Chris is a successful business executive, who has lead business development activities for a $50MM wireless consulting services firm. His specialization has included RF site deployment, nationwide sales and marketing activity for RF engineering, site zoning, and project management services. Over his career he has been involved with business development and contract negotiations with Verizon, Cingular, Alltel, T-Mobil
Daniel F. Finn – Mr. Finn has extensive real estate experience gained over the last 20 years in asset management, finance, acquisitions/dispositions, and appraisal. Prior to joining Doral Bank, Mr. Finn was a senior level investment team member responsible for the asset management, financing, acquisition/disposition, and development of assets within a $1.2 Billion open-end real estate fund consisting of office, retail, hotel, multi-family and land. He was also an asset manager with a major real estate pension fund advisor managing $400 MM in institutional office and industrial portfolio located throughout the Greater Washington D.C. commercial markets. In addition, he was a Vice President within CBRE’s Capital Markets Group in Boston where he assisted in the execution of over $600 MM in debt and equity transactions throughout New England. And finally, Mr. Finn has extensive appraisal experience working with banks, pension fund advisors, tax credit syndicators, and conduit lending platforms.
Paul Asmar – Mr. Asmar is a Dynamic Facilities Management Executive with local, regional, and national experience. Diverse background in both public and private sectors with over 25 years experience in construction and facilities management. His expertise is in creating client solution strategies and implementing business development strategies, developing metrics and key performance indicators, and managing the process of account strategies and people management so as to properly ensure maximum productivity, cost efficiencies, and value to clients.
Douglas Fleming- Mr. Fleming is an experienced technology leader whose strengths include the ability to translate business requirements into an appropriate technical solution, and then lead the effort to execute on the vision. Doug has extensive practical experience in building both scalable consumer-facing applications as well as complex enterprise business systems. He has worked in a number of senior level roles, from hands-on architect to senior management with P&L responsibility for on and off-shore teams. Doug was the CTO and co-founder of a SaaS business that was a finalist at the MassChallenge business accelerator, having won a grant for innovation from the Northeastern University IDEA group.
