Rob Feldman — President & Chief Executive Officer
Rob is the founder of xinteractive. Recognizing the evolution in the communications field, Rob realized how critical it now is to integrate mobile technology with traditional media into an overall marketing strategy. Xinteractive was born, and is all about leveraging the unique advantages of mobile technologies.
He brings 30 years of knowledge and experience in the education marketing space. Rob has co-owned a third generation successful, award winning marketing communications firm, specializing in print media and direct mail marketing. His roles have included new business development, marketing, client relations, and technology and infrastructure development.. He is a graduate of Babson College, with a degree in Business Administration. He enjoys his Harley, playing hockey, the ocean, yoga, hiking and anything outdoors.
Andrew Ingham— Executive Vice President – New Business Development
Andy brings 20 years of sales and teaching experience to collegeinteractive’s team. Andrew has been a golf professional at various prestigious country clubs through out the country. Andrew’s involvement in the golf industry included ownership of his own business, membership growth and retention, new business development, and overseeing club operations. Andrew excels at building relationships, and understanding the challenges and providing solutions for his clients. Andrew’s commitment to and passion for the growth of the game of golf was evident in his five year involvement with U.S. Kids Golf and coaching local high school teams. He was directly responsible for growing his local U.S. Kids Golf tour by over 35% in four years. He was named North East Tour Director of the Year in 2012 and is a finalist for the National Director of the Year for 2013. During his spare time, Andrew enjoys hiking and playing hockey, as well as spending time with his friends, family and wife.
Robert Wagner — Executive Vice President, Strategic Marketing
Bob brings over 20 years of senior management experience in strategic marketing, with a focus in admissions and enrollment management. His professional background is in both undergraduate and graduate admissions – working at Pace University, Bentley University, and Babson College. At Babson College for close to 15 years, he lead the admissions process for the flagship Two-Year MBA, ranked the #1 Entrepreneurial Program by U.S. News & World Report for the past 20 years. He has traveled domestically recruiting students from across the U.S., in addition to globally in Asia, Europe, and extensively in Latin America. For 17 years he was a member of the Graduate Management Admission Council and the Greater Boston MBA Admissions Consortium. Most recently, Bob has been working in an advisory role with prospective students and their parents helping them to navigate the admissions process. Over the course of his admissions career he has witnessed first-hand the changes in the media industry and its impact on college recruitment. Bob provides proven industry leadership to his clients and his belief in the evolution of marketing is driven by a strong passion for improving the brand identity and cross channel marketing process. He completed his undergraduate education at Elon University in NC, and holds a Master of Education degree in College Counseling from Northeastern University. In his spare time, Bob enjoys cycling and golf.
John Oliveri— Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
John’s career has been in the marketing arena for over 33 years. He has worked closely with the real-estate, hospitality, retail, service and medical industries and brings sales and management expertise in the graphic communication field, as well as fulfillment and promotional incentive programs. John is also the founder of his own agency, Oliveri and Associates,Inc. which was established in 1992. As a national distributor he has grown a successful history of customer loyalty based on a philosophy of “problem solving” and protecting his client’s most valued assets: time, effort and money. John has a B.A. in psychology and a secondary teaching degree from U. Mass., Amherst. He also holds an active Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers License. He is happily married for 34 years, with two grown daughters, both of whom are in local management positions in the media, mobil app and data analytics industry.
Stephen Feldman — Chief Marketing Officer
Stephen has been in the printing and marketing communications market for 25 years, as Co-Owner and Vice President of Atlantic Printing Company. During that time, he was instrumental in developing marketing strategies for growing the business. And through his extensive background, expertise and knowledge in the education market, Stephen has been successful in developing long term relationships with some of New England’s finest Schools and Colleges. Several times, Atlantic has been awarded first place in the Gallery of Superb Printing. Stephen attended the University of Hartford and graduated in 1988 with a degree in Business and Marketing. He enjoys spending time with his family, Olivia, Luke, Ryan, and his wife Katie. And when he can, takes advantage of any free time he gets to golf, climb, surf, fish and hike.
Dan Wilde — Chief Technology Officer
Dan is collegeinteractive’s technology and social media guru.. He is a recent graduate of Bridgewater State University, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Anthropology and Geography. Dan’s interests include environmental sciences and exploring New England. His technological savvy is the driving force behind our ability to design and build mobile apps that deliver performance and results for all of our clients.
Julia Corbett Tanen — Director, Strategic Marketing
Julia applies her expertise in marketing, brand development. and social media to create innovative strategies which enhance our client’s recruitment and enrollment marketing programs. Julia’s professional experience and grounding was acquired through her work as a Vice President of Marketing at Dean College. She is also the founding partner and runs her own PR firm, Riot PR in Boston. Her clients have included Dean College, Equity Office Properties, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s, and HoneyDew Donuts.. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and is an active supporter of the Boston College Alumni organization. Her past agency experience served clients such as Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Elderhostel, SIGA, Soda Stream, Vision Service Plan, Cooperative of American Physicians, BrassMonkey, MerrillDataSite, Franklin Mint, Raytheon, and Keystone. Major international consumer clients have included McDonalds, General Mills, ReMax, Saga Holidays, National Spa & Pool Institute, Covent Garden Soups.
Deborah Olstein— Director, Interactivity & Education
Deb is a creative thinker and planner with over fifteen years of experience developing interactive media and museum exhibitions across the country. An adept communicator, collaborator, and team leader she is able to distill complex information in ways that engage, inform and delight a broad audience. She is a content and educational specialist for interactive, customized exhibitions and interpretive plans at educational institutions, museums, and visitor centers. Deb enjoys using her imagination and creative skills to conceive of exhibits that are novel, fun, and informative. She focuses on educational goals within a cohesive framework of visitor experiences, and has collaborated across disciplines in the development of hundreds of interactive exhibits. Deb also has a wealth of professional experience with customized databases and other applications to efficiently track all exhibit components.
Karen Lindsay — Creative Director
Karen has been a designer from a very early age, learning from her father how to use a T-square and press type back in the day. Karen completed a combined art and art history major at Oberlin College that included a year abroad in art school in Florence, Italy. She’s taken many design and typography classes at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, worked briefly in exhibit design, and has over 15 years of experience in educational publishing, having worked in the art and photo departments at Houghton Mifflin. She also has a wealth of freelance design experience, where she excels at identifying clients’ design needs and finding clear and beautiful solutions for them. Karen enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, and she loves cooking, hiking, music, the ocean, and making custom cards for everyone she knows! She tries to do something creative every day.
Natalie Strand — Account Executive
Natalie brings years of client relationship experience to xinteractive. She has worked in the marketing communications field for three years now establishing new business with the areas top educational institutions. Prior to her work in the communications field, she worked at the highest levels of executive administration in the healthcare field. She is graduate of Curry College with a degree in Communications and Concentration in Business.
Dan Feldman — Director, Human Services – Development & Design
Dan is studying Psychology and Business at the University of Vermont. Dan’s knowledge and research conducted on the topic of “humanology” (the combination of human interaction and technology) is a valuable resource for collegeinteractive’s marketing. Dan is a registered EMT and in his spare time enjoys hockey, soccer, skiing and the Vermont wilderness.
